Most builds ship in 2–6 weeks. Simple agents (one workflow, one channel) can go live in under two weeks; complex multi-channel agents take a bit longer. We give you a firm timeline with your quote.
How much does it cost?
The first month is on us. We build, deploy, and run your agent — and you don't pay a cent until it actually solves the problem. If it doesn't, you walk away owing nothing.
After that, setup runs $1,000–$7,500 per agent and ongoing operation runs $500–$2,000 per month per agent — covering hosting, monitoring, tuning, and our specialist support team. Who owns the agent?
We do. Every agent is built, hosted, and maintained on our infrastructure — but it's custom-built for you and trained in your voice. You get a fully managed, plug-and-play agent: no engineering team to hire, no servers to babysit. Pause or restart your agents anytime — full control, on your schedule.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
We build on enterprise-grade providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google for language models; Twilio and Vapi for voice; Zapier, Make, and n8n for workflows; and direct API integrations with your CRM, calendar, and inbox of choice. If you already have tooling in place, we plug in. If not, we recommend what fits your scale.
Is my customer data safe?
We build on enterprise-grade providers that don't train on your data. We sign NDAs on request, and your agent runs on your own accounts — we don't hold your data on our infrastructure.
What happens if the agent makes a mistake?
Every agent we ship has guardrails, escalation paths, and a human-in-the-loop fallback. The first 30 days after launch include tune-up time at no extra cost — that's when most edge cases surface.
