Why we exist.

FixMyBiz.ai started with a simple observation: business owners and their teams are drowning in tasks that don't need their attention. Phone calls during dinner. Invoices that go uncollected because no one had time to follow up. Email queues that grow faster than they can be cleared. We saw the same story across industries — service businesses, professional firms, e-commerce, hospitality — and realized the tools to fix it had finally arrived. So we started building.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. We listen, ask a lot of questions, and map where your team's time actually goes. Then we scope a fixed quote — no hourly billing, no scope creep. Builds typically ship in two to six weeks, with weekly check-ins so you see progress in real time. After launch we keep your agent running on infrastructure we own and manage — tuning it, watching it, and making sure it actually solves the problem.
